Since our products are directly focused on education, we deal with schools (both private and public) as well as our bookshops and depots in the various regions. Our customers are spread throughout the country and outside the country, especially the English speaking countries under West Africa Examination Council (WAEC).

 

Strategically, we have mapped out a pilot based sales plan to reach out customers in stages, thus from one region to the other, having resident regional marketing staff in each region.

 

The peak sale period begins from September to December each year (i.e. first terms). January to April is minor sale period (second terms). Most schools order for books in first term other than second term. All orders are collected from May to July each year (third terms). Also, new customers (schools and bookshops) are reached within this period. New products are introduced also within this period. Criticisms, suggestions and comments are collected in third terms for considerations.
